We are pleased to inform you that on February 6, 2019 our company obtained the Rating of Legality, awarded by the Authority Guarantor of Competition and Market (AGCM) with the score of *+.
The Rating of Legality is an instrument introduced in 2012 (Law n. 62/2012) that rewards companies that respect the legality and direct their organization and business activity in this direction, with the aim of increasing the security and competitiveness of the market.
The recognition rewards companies with the assignment of an evaluation – measured in stars – based on a series of legal requirements, behavioural, organizational models, traceability of payments and anti-corruption.
